Healing Ancestral Wounds Through Breathwork
Our wounds are the wounds of our ancestors. Learn how to heal generational trauma and to release the emotional weight that is held in our bodies. Find your center, find clarity in your life (or purpose), and learn how to heal your mind, body, and spirit.
You're warmly invited to join Aloha Dharma Retreats at Pohakupuna Beach Club for a transformative three-day retreat, "Healing Ancestral Wounds Through Breathwork." This retreat offers a unique opportunity to engage in deep healing practices at your own pace, allowing you to drop in and participate as your schedule permits.
Whether you join us for one session or the entire three days, you'll be guided through powerful breathwork sessions designed to release ancestral trauma and connect with your inner wisdom. Set against the serene backdrop of all the sacred elements outside, this retreat is a sacred space for reflection, renewal, and profound healing.
