Michael will be joining us again for another incredible journey in breathwork. He is an experienced and skilled facilitator who incorporates a very unique set of talents in bringing about transformational healing. With a background in body mechanics, fitness training, coupled with deep personal inner work through various healing modalities steeped in ancient wisdom, his unique peaceful presence and sincere wish to help people creates a safe sacred space to unlock your true nature.
Ilana Brown
Ilana (hebrew word for "tree") is a land-based spiritual practitioner and coach who draws from her multicultural - Filipino and Jewish - roots to create a practice that is first and foremost rooted in communion with the land, its spirits and its ancestors. Ilana's spiritual walk has taken her all over the globe from terreiros in Brazil, to shrines in the Philippines to healing centers on Navajo nation.
She carries the practice of ablón, a form of traditional bodywork taught by Master Teacher Virgil Mayor Apostol and has been trained and initiated in other traditional hilot modalities by Rev. Rolando Comon of Dambana Ng Lutiang Aghama. Her practice is truly holistic, drawing from multiple modalities to create harmony between mind, body and spirit.
As a coach and a practitioner Ilana sees herself as an energetic doula: responsible for guiding people into their next and greatest season of life, always moving at the pace of nature, always rooted in love
